We will confirm and verify your claim within 24 hours. The lower rate must be a publicly available rate (except for "opaque" rates) from a non-Hotel Sax booking channel. Must have same accommodations, same dates and length of stay, same number of guests, same designation as either cancellable or non-cancellable, same advance purchase policies, and the same terms and conditions governing the room rate. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours.
